• Make sure skin is clean and dry before applying. Use SilcSkin Cleanser or a gentle soap free from moisturizers, emollients or oils. Night sweats or perspiration may interfere with the adhesion of the pads. If this happens, wipe the area with witch hazel and allow to dry completely. No glue is used. The silicone undergoes a platinum cured process that makes the pads last longer and helps with adhesion. Its natural adhesive wears away, so replace the pads after about 30 days of regular use.
• Each pad measures 7.5" x 3.5" and should fit most necks. However, if too big, it can be easily trimmed to fit your individual neck and/or clavicle. No adhesive or glue is used to help it stick to your skin. The silicone undergoes a platinum cured process that makes the pads last longer and helps with adhesion. Its natural stickiness does wear away over time, so the pad will need to be replaced eventually.
